Nourished and Spiced provides health coaching services, including but not limited to personalized meal plans, lifestyle coaching, and wellness consultations, and trainings. Our services are intended for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
As a client, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information regarding your health and wellness.Communicate openly about your health goals and concerns.Follow the guidance and recommendations provided by your coach to the best of your ability.Notify us of any changes to your health status or if you experience any adverse effects from our recommendations.
All fees for services provided by Nourished and Spiced are due at the time of booking or as outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed during the payment process. All sales are final; no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated.
We require at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the session.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All information shared with us during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Nourished and Spiced will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nourished and Spiced, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Nourished and Spiced reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
